As a subscribed member of Realty Help, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AI prompts and strategies for your internal business operations within the real estate industry. This includes using the prompts to generate content, analyze data, or assist in your personal or company real estate endeavors.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from reselling, leasing, or otherwise distributing any AI prompts or strategies obtained from Realty Help to non-subscribed Realty Help members. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Selling the prompts as standalone products.
  • Licensing the prompts to third parties who are not subscribed to Realty Help.
  • Incorporating the prompts into a service that is then offered for a fee to non-subscribers.
  • Sharing your subscription access with individuals or entities who are not subscribed members.

Any unauthorized use of our AI prompts or strategies constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your subscription and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, AI prompts, strategies, designs, graphics, and other materials on the Realty Help website are the exclusive property of Realty Help and are protected by intellectual property laws.
