Video Domination Suite: This plan includes access to real estate video ideas, video segment ideas, video outlines, and video scripts for $149 per month.
Content Catalyst: This plan includes access to real estate video ideas and video segment ideas for $199 per month.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
Payment: Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.
Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except as required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content provided through our subscriptions, including video ideas, segment ideas, outlines, and scripts, are the intellectual property of Realty-Help.com and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
License: Upon subscribing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the provided content for your personal or business real estate video creation.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. You may not resell or redistribute any of the purchased content.
Usage: The content is for the sole use of the subscriber. Sharing logins, or distributing the content outside of the subscribers own personal use is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services in a lawful and responsible manner.
You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with our website or services.
You agree not to use our content for any illegal or unethical purposes.
You are responsible for any content you create using our ideas, outlines, or scripts.

12. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the users account settings page. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Realty-Help.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way21 connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
